ConsultationsAttend an initial Fertility Awareness Consultation to discuss nutrition, lifestyle and healthcare with our fertility educator. Begin your fertility-awareness education from day one!
Attend three tutorials in the first month to learn the method. Attend monthly consultations for five months to receive advice on your charting technique (Total 8 sessions over 6 months that include charting education and healthcare advice. After 3 full menstrual cycles many women can correctly identify their 'fertile window' (this may vary with nutrition, lifestyle and reproductive health). Recommended Training period is 6-months*. If you are also receiving reproductive healthcare the improvements will be visible in your menstrual cycle pattern with a more regular cycle emerging over this time. *Hampton, K., Mazza,. & Newton, J.
